  19. 1. WHAT YOU CAN'T DO WITH THESE DISKS AND DOCUMENTS

  21.    You may not distribute these disks or anything on these disks

  25.    You may not discuss them at all except with other Gamma testers

  29. 2. WHAT YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO DO WITH THESE DISKS AND DOCUMENTS

  31.    Make copies of the Bug Report form.  Then...
  32.  
  33.    Read everything.
  34.          Read the Documents and Readmes.
  35.          All Readme disk docs are clickable from WB.
  36.          Report any documentation discrepancies or omissions.
  37.  
  38.    Test evrything you can.
  39.          Test the new commands and handlers.  Test the FFS.  Test the
  40.          new ieee libraries (especially if you have a peripheral or
  41.          coprocessor '881).  Try the new Prefs, printer.device and
  42.          drivers.  Try the Includes.  Try everything that's new.
  43.          And if you have an A1000, boot it with the 1.2.1. Kickstart.

  45.    Test your commercial software and hardware with the Kickstart 1.2.1.
  46.          and Workbench 1.3o6.

  48.    Promptly report all bugs, omissions, problems, incompatibilities,
  49.          etc. using a copy of the enclosed bug report.  An electronic
  50.          version of the bug report form can be found on the Readme1.3g4

  90.    1.2.1 Kickstart - Equivalent to current 1.3 Kickstart except the
  91.                      hand says "1.2.1." and everything else is
  92.                      probably at a slightly different address than
  93.                      in the version that says "1.3".  So don't even
  94.                      think about patching this.

  96.                      1.3 (and 1.2.1) Kickstart is 1.2 Kickstart with
  97.                      additional code for autobooting off specially
  98.                      designed devices.  Generally such devices would
  99.                      be autoboot expansion devices with ROM driver on
  100.                      board.  If you don't have one of those yet
  101.                      (and you probably don't unless your company is
  102.                      making one), you can still Have Fun With Autoboot
  103.                      by playing with the Rebootable Ramdrive.

  137.                           of these.  There's a mountlist entry for it,
  138.                           currently called CARD: (CommodoreAmigaRamDrive).

  140.                           only have one we thought that was a bad choice.

  142.                           us know.  Mount CARD:, Format it, then if
  143.                           you're using 1.3 (1.2.1.) KS, pull your df0:
  144.                           disk and CTRL/AMIGA/AMIGA.  Nice, eh ?

  146.                           Workbench in there so you don't Reboot into

  204. 5.  ADVANCE NOTICE OF NEW 1.3 WORKBENCH LICENSE
  205.  
  206.     When final Workbench1.3 is released, a new 1.3 Workbench
  207.     license will be required for distribution of any Workbench1.3
  208.     programs or files with your commercial products.  You will
  209.     not be able to distribute Workbench1.3 programs or files
  210.     under non-1.3 license.  Just so you can plan ahead, the
  211.     new license requires the following copyright both on your
  212.     disk label and in your documentation, and the listed trademark
  213.     notices if you use any of the trademarked words.  In addition,
  214.     the 1.3 Workbench license will include an Adobe Fonts license.
  215.     If you distribute any of the special Adobe Fonts on your disk,
  216.     you will also have need Adobe copyrights on your disk and docs.
  217.     I don't have a copy of the Adobe license yet, but here are the
  218.     Commodore-Amiga copyrights and trademarks that will be required.
